You can return a product purchased from tshirtua.com within 90 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Exchange and Return Conditions

• The product must be new, unused, with intact tags, labels, and packaging.
• Exchange or return is possible only after agreement with an operator.

2. Send the product via Nova Poshta to the specified address.
3. Place a new order on the website, and in the comment section, specify:
   "Exchange, previous order number, tracking number."
4. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Refund (Nova Poshta)

1. Contact the operator to clarify details.
2. Send the product via Nova Poshta to the specified address.
3. The money will be refunded to your bank account.
4. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Product Exchange (Ukrposhta)

1. Contact the operator to clarify details.
2. Send the product via Ukrposhta to the specified address.
3. Place a new order on the website, and in the comment section, specify:
   "Exchange, previous order number, postal tracking number (13 digits)."

Refund (Ukrposhta)

2. Send the product to the specified address.
3. The money will be refunded to your bank account.
